Key Responsibilities :
Identify, target and onboard potential clients and candidates
Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships through effective communication and understanding of their hiring needs.

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Leverage existing networks and cultivate new relationships to expand the client and candidate base.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless recruitment process and exceed client expectations.
Market research to establish a comprehensive database of prospective clients.
Regularly update and cleanse the internal database / CRM to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Utilise CRM tools to track / take notes of client interactions, business development activities, and sales performance.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
