We are seeking a driven and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Datchet, specialising in the construction sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to kick-start their career as a Recruitment Consultant , with full training and support provided.

About the Role : As a Recruitment Consultant , you will be working as a 360 consultant , meaning youll be involved in every stage of the recruitment process from business development and sales through to candidate sourcing and placement. Youll be building strong relationships with both clients and candidates within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Developing new business through sales and client engagement

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates

Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process

Meeting targets and KPIs to achieve personal and team success

Recent graduate or equivalent, eager to learn and develop

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in a sales environment
