What you need

B2B or B2C Sales experience (Estate agent, Car Sales, Tech Sales, Phone Sales)4

Degree Educated

What Youll Be Doing

Learn the end-to-end recruitment process from day one

Source and engage skilled candidates across mechanical design, fluid systems, composites, and more

Work with forward-thinking businesses in space, mobility, robotics, and advanced manufacturing

Build strong candidate relationships through effective communication and market knowledge

Use tools like Recruiter, Tech CRMs, and digital platforms to drive results

Collaborate closely with senior consultants and contribute to a growing, ambitious team
