Asa Sales / ProcurementExecutive,youllbeattheheartoftheinternalsalesandpurchasingprocess.Fromhandlinginitialrequests,preparingquotes,andmanagingsalesorders,throughtopurchasingproductsandliaisingwithsuppliers,youllplayakeyroleinmakingsureschoolsreceivethebestserviceandvalue.
Workingcloselywithconsultants,projectteams,andtechnicalstaff,youllensureeverythingrunssmoothlyfromquotationtoinstallation.
Keyresponsibilities :
Managetheend-to-endsaleslifecycleandprocurementprocess
GenerateaccuratequotationsthroughtheCRMsystem
Liaisewithregionalteamstoconvertquotesintosales
Producesalesordersandprocesssupplierpurchases
Coordinatewithprojectteamstoscheduleinstallationsanddeliveries
Providefirst-classsupporttoschoolsandconsultantsthroughouttheprocess
KeyRequirements :
ITEducationindustryexperiencedesirablebutnotessential.
