This respected regional firm is now seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ – 10 years' PQE) to join its growing and busy property department. The team is friendly, approachable, and fully committed to ongoing development and progression.

The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a recently qualified to mid-level solicitor with a passion for commercial property law. You will work closely with senior solicitors and partners on a varied caseload that includes :

• Freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences, and related agreements
• Development work including site acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Supporting on high-value or complex commercial transactions
• Providing advice to SMEs, investors, and developers
