Our well-established friendly client law firm based in Saffron Walden is currently seeking a Residential Property Solicitor / Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer to assist and join their team.

The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with Sales and Purchases of Leasehold and Freehold properties, Re-mortgages, Buy-to-Lets, Leases, Lease Extensions and Equity Release.

You will have full secretarial support and will manage the transactions quickly and as smoothly as possible with your excellent client care skills.

Knowledge of Residential Lettings, Rights of Way and Property Disputes will also be useful.
