My client is looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join their team in Southend-on-Sea, Essex

There is a need to expand this department due to the level of enquiries they receive, and the quality of work being referred to them daily. They have a great reputation and an impressive existing caseload. They need someone who has the passion to help grow this department with the possibility of progressing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has completed as much as they can where they are but wishes to join a longstanding practice with the opportunity of progression.

The successful applicant will be able to work as part of a team in a busy department, have an eye for detail and have experience in the following areas :

• Residential possession proceedings (essential)
• Residential Landlord and Tenant disputes (essential)
• Contract Disputes (desirable)
• Debt Recovery (desirable)
• Land disputes (trespass / easements etc) (desirable)
• Contentions Probate (desirable)
• Employment (desirable)
