The Role

• Manage a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters , including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new-builds, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
• Take on a visible role within the team, providing guidance and supervision to more junior fee earners.
• Work closely with agents, brokers, and other professionals to ensure smooth and timely completions.
• Build strong client relationships, delivering clear, efficient, and client-focused service.
