We are working closely with a highly tiered Legal 500 law firm seeking a Senior Residential Property Solicitor 4+ PQE to join their West End office.

About the Role :

This highly regarded residential property team are seeking a Senior Residential Property Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join their flagship office in the West End.

This role will encompass a range of transactions, including sales and purchases for both UK and overseas clients, buy-to-let transactions, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and plot sales.

There is good paralegal support in the department to ensure you can focus on the legal side of the transactions.

As a growing team, they are looking to bolster the structure below the Partners - this growth presents very strong progression opportunities.

Requirements :

We are looking for individuals with the following :

• You will be a qualified solicitor 4+ PQE
• You will have a strong understanding of regulations and processes
• You will have a high level of emotional intelligence
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
