Overview

Our Responsive Repairs division delivers critical repairs and maintenance works to residential properties in partnership with a number of housing associations across the UK. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team of Multi-Trades Operatives to deliver a high quality responsive repairs service to housing association residents in their homes. You will have a good track record and relevant qualifications, ideally in a similar environment (contractor or client-side).

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs, maintenance, and renovation work across multiple trades.
• Assess problems and find practical solutions across different trades, making you a valuable asset for troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
• Work directly with clients, requiring good communication and customer service skills to understand their needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
• Use your own tools and manage on-site tasks as appropriate.
