Job Title : Plumber Multi-Trade

£21.40 per hour (CIS)

We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber Multi-Trade Operative to carry out reactive maintenance in occupied social housing properties across Croydon.

Role Overview :

Day-to-day plumbing repairs including leaks, pipework, toilets, taps

Minor multi-trade tasks : patch plastering, tiling, silicone work, basic carpentry

Responsive repairs in occupied properties

Problem-solving and first-time fixes where possible

Requirements :

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent (preferred)

Experience in social housing / domestic maintenance

Basic multi-trade skills

Full UK driving licence

Own hand tools

Location :  Croydon

Start Date : Immediate
