Hours : 36 per week, Monday to Friday

Are you a qualified Plumber with multi-trade experience looking to work locally? If you hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing and have skills in general maintenance and repairs, this could be a great opportunity to join a community-focused team.

Role Overview :

You'll carry out plumbing repairs, installations, and general maintenance across tenanted, commercial, and void properties. The role includes :

Plumbing repairs and emergency call-outs

Basic plastering, tiling, and decorating

Use of IT systems for job tracking

Collaboration with other trades

Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards

Requirements :

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing

Skilled in at least one other trade

Experience in social housing or repairs preferred

Full UK driving licence

DBS check required
