Interim Head of Property Compliance £600 / day Hertfordshire (Hybrid)

Were working with a leading Housing Association to recruit an Interim Head of Property Compliance .

This pivotal role will ensure safety and compliance across homes and buildings, covering the Big Six areas :

Gas

Electrical

Fire Safety

Asbestos

Water Safety

Lifts

What youll do :

Lead the compliance team and embed a safety-first culture.

Ensure 100% compliance with statutory and regulatory standards.

Oversee contractors, audits, and Board reporting.

Drive improvements in systems, processes, and assurance.

What were looking for :

Senior property compliance experience in housing or similar sector.

Strong knowledge of the Big Six.

Excellent leadership and contractor management skills.

Ability to engage with Board and Executive stakeholders.
