Head of Property Compliance

Interim Head of Property Compliance – Housing Association – Hertfordshire – £600 / day Ltd

We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected Housing Association for an Interim Head of Property Compliance.

This senior leadership role will oversee compliance across the “Big Six” areas – Gas, Electrical, Fire Safety, Asbestos, Water Safety, and Lifts.

Key responsibilities :

Lead and manage all property compliance functions.

Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and regulatory standards.

Oversee contractor performance, procurement, and delivery of works.

Report to the Executive Team and Board on compliance performance.

Drive improvements in systems, processes, and safety culture.

Requirements :

Proven senior leadership experience in property compliance.

In-depth knowledge of the Big Six compliance areas.

Strong track record managing contractors and teams.

Excellent communication and influencing skills.

📍 Location : Hertfordshire & surrounding counties (Hybrid – 2-3 days in office)

💰 Rate : Circa £600 / day Ltd

📅 Contract : Interim
