Experience : Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, or administrative support is advantageous. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook). Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. We Want
We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support our Chief Innovation Architect (CIA) in executing marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing and technology, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our company’s success.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies under the guidance of the CIA.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support marketing decision-making.
- Manage social media platforms and assist in content creation and scheduling.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Support email marketing campaigns and maintain email lists.
- Provide administrative assistance to the CIA, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain marketing databases and organize marketing materials and resources.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, webinars, and conferences.

Reporting
This position reports directly to the Chief Innovation Architect (CIA) and collaborates closely with the marketing team to achieve department goals and objectives.
