We Want

We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support our Chief Innovation Architect (CIA) in executing marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing and technology, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our company’s success.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies under the guidance of the CIA.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support marketing decision-making.
  • Manage social media platforms and assist in content creation and scheduling.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and maintain email lists.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the CIA, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain marketing databases and organize marketing materials and resources.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, webinars, and conferences.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (in progress or completed).
  • Experience : Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, or administrative support is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills : Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Team Player : Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    • Reporting

    This position reports directly to the Chief Innovation Architect (CIA) and collaborates closely with the marketing team to achieve department goals and objectives.
