The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and leading classroom learning across both Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality learning support to pupils in both KS1 and KS2, working collaboratively with teachers.
• Lead lessons or activities as required, ensuring pupil engagement and progress.
• Provide effective classroom management, creating a positive and safe learning environment.
• Assist in assessing and tracking pupil progress, offering targeted support where necessary.
• Contribute to curriculum delivery, demonstrating strong knowledge across core subjects.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners, ensuring inclusivity and progress for all.What We’re Looking For :
• Proven experience as a HLTA, preferably in a primary school setting.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across KS1 and KS2.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and an ability to deliver engaging lessons.
• Excellent classroom management skills with a focus on fostering a positive learning environment.
• A proactive team player with a passion for pupil development and achievement.
