Job descriptionWill be part of a care coordination team supporting general care processes alongside the providers. Monitor patient flow in the clinic; ensure that patients receive all recommended services in a timely manner. Evaluates and assesses patient’s health care needs based on patient’s signs and symptoms utilizing established triage protocols and guidelines. Utilize standing orders, triage protocols and algorithms appropriately. Adastra training given A dedicated consultant to respond to your work needs. A compliance officer ensuring you are reminded of any requirements or updates to your personal files. A Finance Officer to manage your money and ensuring prompt payments.
