An established contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial projects across the West Midlands, with values ranging from £1M–£10M. Key sectors include Healthcare, Education, and Commercial developments.
This is an office-based role with regular site visits, managing projects from initial stages through to handover.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee full electrical installations from design to completion
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high standards
- Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with policies
- Track progress and generate regular reports
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
