Private Client Solicitor – 5PQE

A well-established Legal 500 firm is looking for a Private Client Solicitor / CILEx Lawyer to join their friendly and highly regarded private client team, based in Torquay or Plymouth.

This is an opportunity to manage and develop your own caseload while expanding your expertise in private client work. You’ll be working on Wills, Estate Administration, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Inheritance Tax Planning, as well as overseeing Trust administration. Client care is at the heart of everything the firm do, so a compassionate and professional approach is essential.

If you have at least 5PQE in private client work (or equivalent expertise), a solid understanding of private client law, and a genuine passion for helping people, I’d love to hear from you. You should enjoy building strong relationships with clients and referrers, have a proactive and positive attitude, and be a true team player.
