Reed.co.ukOxford, OxfordshireThis is an exciting opportunity for an E-commerce Executive to join a progressive company near Oxford, on a full time, permanent basis. This position would suit someone who is experienced in e-Commerce and retail.
In this role, you are responsible for creating and delivering strategic marketing campaigns. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, you will be a positive, inquisitive, and proactive member of the team with a passion for Digital Marketing. Key responsibilities include managing the UK websites, and email marketing. You will be the second port of call in the absence of the E-Commerce Manager.
As E-Commerce Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for :
- Managing and optimising the UK websites, meeting relevant deadlines
- Uploading each season's products to the UK websites, ensuring accuracy of content and images
- Overseeing the online photography process, briefing the freelancer to create additional product imagery and planning the images that are needed each season
- Working with the freelancer creative to manage the email campaign process from start to finish, accurately and to deadline
- The email marketing calendar and campaigns for the brands, working with the E-Commerce Manager to deliver a successful strategy and the copy and content executive to drive engaging campaigns
- Tracking the performance of marketing email campaigns on an ongoing basis, including interpretation of campaign results and proactively reviewing tactical plans
- Ensuring email campaigns are executed in a timely fashion and that the Digital Calendar is kept updated
- Feedback from key stakeholders ensuring feedback on campaigns are low
- Providing support to the E-Commerce Manager as required
- Supporting the Digital team as required
- Executing content strategy liaising with the E-Commerce manager to delivery effective and engaging campaigns
- Offering training to members of the team.
- Overseeing the copy & content executive to ensure accurate copy is provided for online and emails within deadline.
- Liaising with the call centre regarding website & customer problems
- Standing-in for the E-Commerce Manager in Trading Meetings while they are on annual leave
- Assisting in the production of the weekly figures
