THE FIRM A UK law firm with a strong national presence THE ROLE In the Commercial Dispute Resolution team which is busy, dynamic and enjoys a great quality of interesting and high profile work. A senior lawyer to join the Restructuring & Insolvency Team, which forms part of the wider Commercial Disputes Resolution team. The role is not, however, solely contentious. You should have excellent technical knowledge of and familiarity with contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring law, and a genuine enthusiasm for the practice area and how it will develop in the future.ABOUT YOU You will have the ability to act for a very broad range of clients including insolvency practitioners, corporate entities, directors and shareholders, in addition to individuals in relation to personal insolvency Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
