We are thrilled to partner with an innovative PropTech company in the East Midlands who are looking to expand their talented development team. We're seeking a Web Developer to join their 9-person development team and report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) .

If you're passionate about building high-quality, scalable web applications and have experience with PHP , Laravel , ReactJS , HTML , and MySQL , this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing company transforming the property technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain web applications using PHP , Laravel , ReactJS , HTML , and MySQL .
Collaborate with the CTO and the development team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Work on the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high platform performance.
Contribute to the architecture and technical decisions of the product.
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for software development.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in web development.

Essential Skills & Experience :

Proven experience with PHP and Laravel for backend development.

Strong proficiency in ReactJS for frontend development.

Solid knowledge of HTML , CSS , and JavaScript .

Experience working with MySQL or other relational databases.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to development.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Experience in the PropTech sector is advantageous but not essential.

Benefits :

Salary : £40, - £60,, depending on experience.

Hybrid working : 1 day per week in the office, with the option to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
