Industry knowledge : Understanding of business operations with Dangerous Goods, especially in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or biochemical sectors, is a plus. Organised : Strong ability to multitask and manage changing priorities . Performing under pressure and to tight deadlines. Team player : Reliable team player with excellent communication skills. Numerate : Good with numbers and data. Independent : Ability to work with minimal supervision. Problem solver : Ability to troubleshoot issue with equipment or software. Description
Huntsman Advanced Materials are looking for a detail-orientated and reliable Product Labelling Support Officer to join our Supply Chain Team. You’ll work closely with our experienced Product Labelling Officer, learning how to deliver our label printing services for all operations at our Duxford site and external partners.
What You'll Do
- Print perfect labels - Ensure every label you print is accurate, high-quality, and meets the needs of various departments.
- Support our partners - Provide timely label printing and shipping services for Toll Manufacturers and other Huntsman sites.
- Stay organised - Manage and prioritize your workload to keep up with production schedules.
- Maintain systems - Keep our Epysis system up to date with relevant information from the Product Safety Department.
- Manage supplies - Oversee stock levels of labels and printing supplies.
- Problem solve - Report and address any equipment or software issues, working with suppliers as needed.
- Innovate - Implement improvements to our label printing service, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Track performance - Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and strive to minimize waste.
- Design on demand - Create custom labels for new business needs quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate - Work closely with all departments onsite as well as our Product Safety Department and Label Data Maintenance team in Basel, Switzerland.
