Employment type Full time – 5 days a week in office

Salary / Benefits Up to £75,000 plus benefits

Did you know that the textile industry is the world’s 2nd largest contributor to chemical pollution and accounts for 10% of the world’s carbon dioxide emissions?

I am currently partnered with a client focused on developing unique clean-tech to help combat chemical pollution within the textile industry. They strongly believe that their clean-tech approach will lead to a world with zero pollution from textile dyeing and finishing.

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing and Events manager to work within and support the commercial team and manage two Marketing Executives, overseeing all marketing support, event management and content production.

Requirements for this role include the following :

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in event production and management, handling bothsmall intimate events and large flagship events.
• Excellent project management, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Experience managing budgets and delivering events within those budgets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships and drive delivery from team members, external stakeholders, and third-party providers.
• Results-driven, proactive and able to work autonomously.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Previous experience with new technology scale-ups preferred, but not essential.
• Willingness to travel to manage events onsite.
