In this role, you'll engage with customers to support their day-to-day IT needs via phone, email, and ticketing systems, while handling escalations within the helpdesk.Key Responsibilities : Provide 2nd line support through ticketing systems, remote access, and monitoring toolsTroubleshoot hardware issues (PCs, laptops) and replace components as neededSupport Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, and Windows OSAssist with basic server, infrastructure, and networking issuesWhat We're Looking For : Minimum 3 years' experience in an IT helpdesk environmentStrong communication skills with a customer-focused attitudeSolid knowledge of networking, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred)This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company where you'll gain broad IT exposure and clear opportunities for career progression
