What You'll Be Doing

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll help create magical early learning experiences by:

• Supporting children during play, learning activities, and daily routines
• Encouraging confidence, curiosity, and independence
• Joining in with creative activities, messy play, stories, songs, and outdoor adventures
• Helping children develop friendships and social skills
• Supporting meal times, transitions, and daily care routines
• Celebrating achievements and encouraging positive behaviour
• Creating a safe, happy, and nurturing environment where children can thrive
• Following safeguarding procedures and promoting children's wellbeing at all times

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a childcare qualification or nursery experience to apply.

We're looking for people who are:

✅ Passionate about supporting young children

Experience with children is helpful but can come from many backgrounds, including:

• Babysitting
• Parenting or family care
• Sports coaching
• Youth work
• Volunteering
• Holiday clubs
• Community groups
• Teaching or classroom support

If you have the right attitude, we'll help you build the rest.

• Paediatric First Aid Training is desirable but not essential

✅ What We Need to Clear You

• Passport or proof of right to work in the UK
• Two proofs of address
• CV covering the last 10 years of work or education, with any gaps explained
• Two years of references, including childcare where applicable
• Overseas police check if you have lived abroad for 3 months or more in the past 5 years
