MWH Treatment would like to strengthen their Business support team with Office Administrator on a permenent basis, based in our Hattersley office. You’d play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our office and help the Executive Assistant (EA) with a variety of admin tasks.

Key responsibilities will include.

• Mail : Sorting, scanning, filing and franking mail, including postal runs to the local post office.
• General Office :  Oversee day-to-day tasks including coffee machine upkeep. Creating office passes for new starters. Maintaining and ordering office supplies, including groceries and stationery. Answering telephone professionally and courteously.
• Courier :  Arrange company-wide courier services using Inxpress software.
• Assistance : Help the EA with tasks such as expenses and time sheets for the senior leadership team.
• Archiving : Managing and processing company archives.
• Meetings :  Coordinate meeting room bookings and order lunches for meetings and events as required. Book external meeting rooms when required.
• Additional Tasks :  Performing other ad hoc duties as required such as running office events / charity days. Ensure the office environment remains clean, tidy, and well-presented. Operating internal systems and software (training provided).

Hours :  25 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 12pm –5 : 00pm)
