Fabric Engineer

Responsibilities

• Carry out general visual inspections across plant rooms and communal areas
• Complete painting, decorating, tiling, carpentry, grouting, and plastering works
• Undertake basic plumbing and drainage duties, including flushing systems
• Replace lighting and test emergency lighting systems
• Test fire alarms and fire doors in line with compliance requirements
• Perform minor electrical works where required
• Repair and maintain building fixtures including doors, handles, locks, and windows
• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in line with site requirements
