Job Title : Paint Prep Technician
Location : Braintree
Salary : Up to £18.00 per hour / Up to £39,790 + time saved bonus - OTE 45-50K
Full Time and Permanent - Monday to Friday No Weekends
We are a growing automotive repair company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services. Our Braintree site is looking for a skilled Paint Prepper / Prep Technician to join our team. If you have an eye for detail and are experienced in vehicle preparation for painting and repair, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare vehicles for the painting process, including sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
- Perform minor body repairs as needed to ensure vehicles are ready for paint application.
- Ensure all vehicles are prepped to the highest standard, meeting the company’s quality expectations.
- Work closely with the paint team to ensure a smooth transition from preparation to painting.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ensure the efficient use of materials and keep work areas organized.
