Hourly rate : £12 per hour
Hours : 30 hours per week, 9am to 3pm, 5 shifts across Monday to Sunday

We are looking for a compassionate and caring Head Housekeeper to join our family at Riverdale Care Home. We seek individuals who share our values, have an interest in helping others, a can-do attitude, and who will treat the people we support with care, compassion, and respect.
About the role :
- Oversee all aspects of the housekeeping and laundry operations
- Manage and train the housekeeping team to maintain high standards at all times
- Create and implement cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as required
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met and address any concerns promptly
- Clean all public areas, corridors, and lounges regularly
- Clean our residents' rooms whilst maintaining their right to privacy
- Keep equipment maintained and stored properly
- Carry out general household duties that promote the welfare of our residents
- Ensure that residents are helped to retain their dignity and individuality
