Responsibilities

Omnichannel Campaigns & Strategy : Collaborate with brand teams to develop, implement, and assess campaigns across both digital and in-person channels.
Digital Channel Management : Work with the digital team to roll out campaign tactics, identify new technology opportunities, and maintain consistent messaging across channels.
Data-Driven Optimisation : Analyse campaign data to refine strategies, deliver insights, and recommend improvements.
Campaign Analytics : Establish and track KPIs, delivering insights on campaign impact and return on investment.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overarching business goals.

Requirements

Digital / Omnichannel Experience in Pharma or Healthcare : Proven experience with digital and omnichannel strategies specifically within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; prior experience in digital marketing is ideal.

Proactive & Solution-Focused : Able to anticipate challenges and push projects forward with effective solutions.

Highly Organised & Detail-Oriented : Manages numerous tasks with a structured, efficient approach, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative Mindset : Works well with cross-functional teams, fostering open communication.

Adaptable & Technology-Savvy : Welcomes change, eager to adopt new tools, and refines strategies based on emerging data and trends.
