Marketing Coordinator (Part Time)

Basingstoke

15 - £18 p / h

1to1 Group have a great opportunity for an experienced marketing coordinator to join a busy, family run company on the outskirts of Basingstoke. Due to the location of this office, you must be able to drive.

As marketing coordinator, you will be responsible for planning the day to day marketing activities as per the marketing strategy.

3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role is required. Exceptional planning and communication skills are essential. Previous use of Hubspot would be highly advantageous.

The role will be roughly around 24 hours a week but can be flexible.

Day to day responsibilities :

  • Manage the relationship with the external marketing agency to deliver company objectives
  • Manage the marketing budget
  • Become a Hubspot champion from a marketing perspective
  • Deliver monthly Marketing Reports to the Senior Management Meeting to an agreed format and standard
  • Manage the marketing diary

Required skills, qualifications and attributes :

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and digital marketing
  • Good working knowledge of social media, email marketing, website management
  • Must be comfortable working with a variety of software platforms (Microsoft Office, and Hubspot)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to follow through on projects to completion and create campaign reports for Directors.
