Are you passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives? Do you want to be part of a company that is striving to revolutionise access to healthcare in the UK? At Simplyhealth, our health plans provide the opportunity to attend routine dental treatments, visit the optician, have complementary therapies (e.g. physio) and much more by providing financial support to those that really need it.
But we’re not just your average health company; we’re aiming to revolutionise access to healthcare in the UK by offering innovative health and wellbeing solutions that are affordable, accessible, and effective. From preventive care to comprehensive medical support, we aim to empower individuals to take charge of their health, inspiring them to make the most of their wellbeing.
As a CRM Executive , you will be part of the team responsible for producing and delivering all customer communications for Simplyhealth Members, Corporate clients and brokers, and Denplan practices.
Working closely with the wider team, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing CRM journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud across all channels, from email and SMS to push notifications and WhatsApp. You will also be responsible for proactively monitoring the campaigns and making any adjustments or changes to increase performance or resolve any data, logic or content issues.
Please note that this is a 2 days a week part-time role (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Fridays) on a 9 month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Applying a test and learn approach to communications, whether they’re standalone or always-on journeys, to continually improve engagement and conversion rates through regular optimisation.
- Analysing campaign results and providing recommendations for future improvements.
- Working collaboratively with other teams including Content Marketing and managing internal stakeholders on taking briefs and updating them on campaign performance.
- Aligning with internal stakeholders such as Product Marketing to ensure communications meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Utilising customer segmentation to ensure communications are correctly targeted and highly personalised.
- Managing the delivery of best practice HTML and email design templates.
- Ensuring the content library is efficiently managed, with assets re-utilised across dynamic modules.
- Applying communication permissions compliantly to deliver marketing, value-add and servicing communications.
About You
You’ll be data-driven, inquisitive, and attentive to detail. This role will manage campaigns from brief through activation and then analyse performance, so we will also be looking for candidates who are proactive in their approach and strongly committed to delivering against our objectives, innovation, and CRM best practices.

We have a head office in Hampshire, but depending on your role, you’ll be able to enjoy our ‘smart working’ approach. This means you can flex when and where you spend your time. For many of us, this means day-to-day work can be handled remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, induction, briefings, and more.
Your Recruitment Journey
We’re focused on providing an application, assessment, and onboarding journey that is fair, consistent, diverse, and inclusive for all, allowing us to hire top talent based on the skills and behaviours pivotal to your and our success.
Your Process
Please note : Working for a purpose-driven company like ours is a fantastic opportunity, so we often receive high volumes of applications for our roles. In these cases, we may close our job adverts early and aren’t able to consider applications after this time.
