The role will involve travelling to clients where necessary, providing estimates, costings, and tailored solutions to a wide variety of business. - The Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining and seeking new clients
- Pricing / preparing jobs and submitting tenders and framework agreements.
- You will travel to client sites and produce site surveys and presentations to win new business.
- Submitting tenders and framework agreements
- Maintaining and enforcing health and safety guidelines.
- Monitoring the performance and productivity of employees and teamsAbout you :
- Previous experience in signage sales / management is essential
- Flexibility for national travel is required
- Previous experience in submitting tenders and framework agreements is required
- Analytical skills and ability to make sound business decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of operational deliverables and processes.
- Good mechanical aptitude with strong IT and technical skills.
- Ability to develop strong partnerships with internal teams implementing best practices throughout the business
