If you meet the person specification below, apply now for an immediate response!The Job you will do : The Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining and seeking new clientsPricing / preparing jobs and submitting tenders and framework agreements.You will travel to client sites and produce site surveys and presentations to win new business.Submitting tenders and framework agreementsMaintaining and enforcing health and safety guidelines.Monitoring the performance and productivity of employees and teamsAbout you : Previous experience in signage sales / management is essentialFlexibility for national travel is requiredPrevious experience in submitting tenders and framework agreements is requiredAnalytical skills and ability to make sound business decisions.In-depth knowledge of operational deliverables and processes.Good mechanical aptitude with strong IT and technical skills.Ability to develop strong partnerships with internal teams implementing best practices throughout the business.
