Position Overview : An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to build and lead a new Residential Conveyancing Team in Swindon, complementing the firm’s successful conveyancing teams in Newbury, Thatcham, and Maidenhead. The ideal candidate will have 8 years’ PQE and a strong track record in managing complex residential property matters, alongside proven business development capabilities. Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Drive the growth of the firm’s residential property practice in the Swindon area through business development and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear and tailored legal advice throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Support, mentor, and supervise junior team members as the department grows. Requirements : Essential :
  • Minimum 8 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing, handling a broad range of transactions.
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to generate new business and develop a pipeline of work.
  • A self-starter with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Benefits :
