Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute omni-channel operational strategies aimed at boosting efficiency across departments, with a focus on their DTC component.
• Manage logistics procedures to guarantee timely and cost-effective product delivery.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to promote seamless operational integration.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact of operational strategies.
• Pinpoint and address opportunities for improvement throughout the supply chain, implementing creative solutions.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Oversee budgets and aim for profitability through effective operational management.
