Our Supply chain in Europe comprises a single manufacturing site, strategic co-manufacturers, delivery partners, and an end-to-end supply chain organization supporting regional and international markets.
The supply chain must evolve to support omnichannel strategies, capacity growth, and customer preferences. As a strategic partner, we drive change through scale, synergy, technology, and process improvements to meet our goals.

Candidate Profile
You will be an experienced Supply Chain leader passionate about operational excellence, standardization, and scaling the business. You should have proven commercial acumen and experience leading organizational change beyond supply functions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build and nurture a high-performing team with succession planning.
- Develop strategic plans aligned with regional and international goals.
- Lead the Logistics function across Europe and international markets, managing multi-channel routes.
- Optimize networks to leverage the best CTS options.
- Identify new suppliers, foster innovation, and maintain relationships supporting business objectives.
- Oversee all logistics and planning activities within Europe, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Manage supply, demand, manufacturing, and materials planning activities for the EU region.
- Utilize systems like JDA, SAP, and Tableau for data-driven forecasting and planning KPIs.
- Improve forecasting techniques and develop KPIs such as forecast accuracy and SLOBs risk.
- Lead the monthly S&OP process and its development.
- Act as escalation point for customer-related product availability and promotions.
- Manage logistics operations at the Middlesbrough facility focusing on productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee logistics services within the European contract manufacturing footprint and import / export activities.
- Coordinate with Legal and Group Tax on trade, customs, and compliance issues.
- Support the development of a long-term regional capacity plan.
Required Skills
3rd level qualification in Supply Chain Management (preferred)At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain / Planning within a European / International FMCG environmentExperience leading a Product Supply team (not necessarily end-to-end)Strong leadership and stakeholder management skillsAbility to analyze processes and implement improvementsExcellent communication skillsExpertise in SAP, JDA (or similar systems), and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsWork Location
Based in Middlesbrough with some onsite requirements.
