Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for an ambitious person to join our same day courier company in our Manchester-based customer service department. Daily duties will include quoting customers, taking bookings, liaising with company drivers and suppliers, managing ongoing same day consignments, account management and customer care calls and assisting with the continued growth of the branch and overall business.
