Working hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am – 5 : 00pm

Key Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to the Service Delivery CoordinatorsProcess Change of Tenancy (COT) requests within agreed SLAsAssist in resolving billing issues raised by managing agentsSupport the billing team with administrative tasks when neededEnsure accurate and complete data entry across internal systemsAssist with the preparation and delivery of Managing Agent reportsSupport ad hoc requests from Service Delivery CoordinatorsHelp deliver excellent aftersales support and customer careContribute to both regular and ad hoc reportingWhat we’re looking for :
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectivelySelf-motivated and proactiveClear verbal and written communication skillsConfident with numbers and basic arithmeticComputer literate, particularly with Excel and OutlookExcellent attention to detailComfortable working independently and as part of a teamIt’d be great if you also have :
Experience working in the energy industryAt least 12 months administrative experienceExcellent attention to detailsExposure to account management or a similar support roleReady to apply?
