Support Work Opportunity in Cheadle Hulme

Location :   Cheadle Hulme Hours :

2 shifts per week - 09.00am -13.30pm, with potential to increase.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual for Support Work in Cheadle Hulme. As a Brain Injury Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our client, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Due to role responsibilities, you must have a full UK driving licence and business insurance, with access to your own vehicle.

About the Client :  Our client is in her 50s with a brain injury, following an accident. As a result, she has cognitive impairment and memory loss. In this role, you will support our client socially, getting her out into the community and providing companionship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver personalised support to our client.
• Assist with daily living activities, social interaction, and accessing the community.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
