Job Description
Salary : £24,000 per annum
Location : Cheadle
Working Hours : Mon to Fri, between 8 : 30am and 6 : 30pm (37.5 hours)
You will work in the IT arm of the business, providing excellent service to 250+ external customers. The role involves being the first point of contact for customer tickets, speaking to customers over the phone, logging and responding to emails, and proactively logging tickets.

Additional advantageous knowledge includes Office 365 / Azure fundamentals, Hyper V, CRMs, Backup and recovery technologies, and antivirus software.
Additional Information
This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer but requires strong relationships across the Group Board of Directors.
