Hourly Rate : £12.60 to £12.80 per hour

Full Time : 40.25 hours per week

The Role :

As a Support Worker within our Bridgend four-bed residential service for adults opening next month, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred support to adults with complex autism-related needs, empowering them to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.

What a day looks like as a Support Worker with Orbis :

Supporting individuals with autism in their day-to-day lives

Assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, and mealtime routines

Following tailored care plans designed around each person’s strengths and aspirations

Promoting wellbeing, confidence, and independence

Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and your team
