About The Role
Support Worker – Swansea – Full time – 39 hours a week plus sleep-ins - £12.60 to £12.80 per hour (Plus £55 per sleep in) Depending on qualifications and experience. (Driver essential).

A day in the life of a Support Worker at Tegfan includes :
Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment.
Being a positive role model.
Promoting independence by supporting a range of social, school and work-based activities.
Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs.
Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise.
General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.You’ll need :
