Head of Lease and Asset Projects Buckinghamshire (Hybrid)

Were supporting our client in recruiting a Head of Lease and Asset Projects , a newly created role within their growing Strategic Asset Management Team .

Youll lead a specialist team managing a complex non-freehold property portfolio , covering :

Lease management and compliance

Latent defect resolution

Disrepair intervention

Statutory and landlord obligations

Service charge and asset data management

About you :

Experienced in asset management, lease obligations, and compliance

Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of property legislation and landlord responsibilities

Financially literate with budget / KPI experience
