Job responsibilities
Your main responsibility is tolead the team in providing exceptional care to service users while ensuringcompliance with relevant legislation and policies. You will maintain goodpractice through audits, establish therapeutic relationships, and monitorservice users' physical, mental, and emotional states.
As a professional, youwill participate in the organisation's appraisal process, align personaldevelopment with its objectives, and ensure the safe administration ofmedicines. It is also essential to respect different approaches within theteam, maintain confidentiality, and conduct yourself professionally towardsservice users, colleagues, and other agencies. You will also lead andparticipate in joint work with experts and agencies.
This role requires educating andsupporting pre / post-registration students, staff, carers, and service users.You will deliver teaching sessions and presentations to develop the care teamaccording to the organisation's goals and objectives within the appraisalprocess. Additionally, you will provide staff induction, mentorship, appraisal,and clinical supervision to professional colleagues where necessary.
