Salary : £50,000 – £57,000 per annum

A highly regarded care provider in Shifnal is seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager (Clinical) to join their senior leadership team. The successful candidate will support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality care, leading and mentoring the clinical team, and ensuring the highest standards of compliance and governance. They will act as a key decision-maker, supporting both the operational and clinical management of the home.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide strong clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care teams.

Support the Home Manager in the overall day-to-day management of the home.

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.

Deliver safe, person-centred care in line with best practice.

Manage and mentor staff, promoting professional development within the team.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance.Requirements :

Valid NMC Nursing Pin (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).

Prior management or leadership experience within a care setting (Deputy or Clinical Lead experience desirable).

Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and clinical best practice.
