Whether offering one-on-one support, working with small groups, or helping students engage with the curriculum, your role will be essential in ensuring a positive learning environment for all.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with SEN.
• Assist students with their academic work, helping them stay on track and engaged.
• Encourage emotional and social development to help build students’ confidence and independence.
• Help create an inclusive and welcoming classroom where every student feels valued.
• Assist in classroom management and lesson preparation to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Work closely with teachers and other staff members to tailor support to individual student needs .
• Promote a safe, calm, and motivating environment for all students.
