Pay : £89.00 - £100.00 per day (dependent on experience)

Contract : Full-Time, Term-Time Only

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? A friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school in Didcot is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in pupils' learning and development within a supportive school environment.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will :

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support

Deliver 1 : 1 and small group interventions for pupils with additional needs

Support learning activities, behaviour management, and social skills development

Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environmentThe ideal candidate will :

Be patient, caring, and proactive

Have a genuine passion for helping children succeed

(Desirable) Previous SEN experience - however, full training will be providedThis role is perfect for those considering a career in teaching, SEN support, or educational psychology, offering hands-on experience and professional development.
